My route will take me from India into Nepal and then back to India where I cross over into Pakistan and up the Karakoram highway, across the Khunjerab pass and into China - I will follow the Silk Route as far as Xian and then down to Hong Kong via the three gorges, Kunming and Guilin.

From Hong Kong I will take (hopefully) my first flight to Hanoi from where I will travel down to Ho Chi Minh.

A flight from there to Kuala Lumpur and then to Kota Kinabalu will eventually get me to Tawau and the dive resort of Sipadan. After four weeks of beach it's time to head to Singapore and then onto Sydney for the Olympics...
